By accessing, browsing, or connecting a cryptocurrency wallet to the SamrajX platform ("SamrajX DevHaat"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
SamrajX is a web3 platform utilizing the Solana blockchain to allow users to invoke, collect, buy, sell, and trade digital Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) representing sacred deities. The service includes the primary invocation interface ("darshan"), the secondary peer-to-peer marketplace ("DevHaat"), cosmic calendars, achievement trackers, and leaderboards.
To connect your wallet and invoke deities, you must be:
(a) at least 18 years of age or older; and
(b) not a citizen, resident, or organized in a country currently subject to comprehensive trade sanctions or embargoes.
By using our service, you represent and warrant that you fulfill all the eligibility criteria.
SamrajX is non-custodial. We do not hold, possess, or control your private keys or seed phrases. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. Any transactions executed using your connected wallet are deemed to be authorized by you. We are not liable for any losses arising from hacked wallets, phishing attacks, or lost private keys.
All payments made on the platform for deity invocations or marketplace purchases are completed in SOL (or the platform token SRJX where enabled) and processed via the Solana blockchain. All transactions are completely final and non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain. The irreversible nature of blockchain ledgers means we cannot cancel or reverse completed payments.
When you invoke or purchase a deity NFT, you own the tokenized asset (specifically the metadata link and token ID on the Solana blockchain) under the terms of smart contracts. Ownership of the NFT grants you the right to hold, showcase, use within the platform's features (such as Sacred Wars), and resell it on secondary markets. However, it does not grant you intellectual property copyrights to the underlying digital art, animations, brand names, or mythological concepts, which remain the property of the platform creator.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
Decentralized assets and NFTs are subject to high volatility, regulatory uncertainty, and code vulnerabilities. Deity tokens generated on our platform are intended for collectibility and entertainment. We make no promises of future appreciation, value retention, or investment returns. You acknowledge that you could lose the entire value of any cryptocurrency spent on this platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the SamrajX Platform Owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, RPC node outages, transaction failures, Solana network congestion, or smart contract exploits.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform owner operates. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
