Due to the decentralized nature of the Solana blockchain, all transactions executed on-chain (including payments in SOL or SRJX tokens for invoking deities) are instantaneous, permanent, and irreversible once confirmed by network validators.
Therefore, all spendings on invocations are strictly final and non-refundable. We do not have the technical capability to reverse, intercept, or recall tokens once they have been transferred to our treasury address.
We understand that RPC node latency, browser crashes, or server outages can occasionally disrupt your user experience. If you encounter an error during the invocation process where your wallet transaction was successfully completed on-chain but the platform database failed to register your new deity:
If a valid payment is verified on-chain but no deity token was successfully minted or assigned to your wallet, we will manually resolve the error by assigning the deity or issuing a manual refund of the spent SOL.
The DevHaat Marketplace operates strictly on a peer-to-peer (P2P) basis. All listings and purchases are directly coordinated between buyers and sellers via smart contracts. The platform merely facilitates the interface and takes no custody of the listed NFTs or payments.
Completed marketplace trades are absolutely final and cannot be reversed by the platform. If you purchase a deity by mistake, or list a deity for a lower price than intended, the platform cannot issue a refund, recover the asset, or reverse the transaction.
