Welcome to SamrajX DevHaat. The SamrajX platform (including the website and mobile application) is operated by the SamrajX Platform Owner ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you interact with our decentralized application (dApp) and associated services.

2. Information We Collect

To operate the platform and facilitate blockchain transactions, we collect the following categories of information:

• Wallet Addresses: Your public Solana wallet address is required to track owned deity NFTs, listings, and platform statistics.
• Transaction Data: Details of your interactions on the Solana blockchain (e.g., transaction hashes, smart contract interactions, deity invocations, and marketplace trades).
• IP Addresses & Metadata: Standard web server logs collect your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, and referral headers for security and logging.
• Device Information: Information about the device you use to access the platform, such as device model, OS version, and screen resolution.
• Usage Analytics: Anonymized interaction data tracking visits, clicks, and page transitions to improve platform performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and optimize the SamrajX DevHaat platform services.
• To authenticate user sessions and securely authorize admin/shrine interactions.
• To prevent fraudulent activity, sybil attacks, and unauthorized bot interactions.
• To perform anonymous analytics and monitor network latency and page loading performance.

4. Blockchain Data & Public Ledger

Please be aware that by design, transactions executed on the Solana blockchain are public, immutable, and permanently stored on a distributed ledger. This includes deity invocations, secondary marketplace listings, and purchases. We cannot alter, delete, or hide any transaction records stored on the blockchain. Your public wallet address is permanently associated with these on-chain actions.

5. Third Party Services

We integrate third-party services to host the platform, query blockchain nodes, and verify wallets:

• Helius RPC: Used for fast blockchain querying, NFT indexing, and transaction status polling.
• Phantom & Solflare Wallets: Used as self-custodial wallet interfaces for transaction signing. We do not store or have access to your seed phrases or private keys.
• Hostinger hosting: Used for hosting the backend API server and frontend static files.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain server log files and session metadata for a maximum of 30 days for security audits. Offline database backups are kept for up to 90 days. Users may request the deletion of any off-chain database records associated with their IP or account metadata by contacting us. However, as noted, on-chain blockchain records cannot be deleted.

7. Your Rights under GDPR

For users located within the European Economic Area (EEA), you possess the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right to Access: You can request copy of the personal data we store about you.
• Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You can request deletion of your off-chain account and metadata.
• Right to Portability: You can request your data formatted in a structured, machine-readable layout.
• Right to Object: You can object to data processing for analytics and telemetry purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

The SamrajX platform is not intended for and must not be used by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we discover that a user under 18 has connected a wallet or accessed our platform, we will terminate their session and delete associated off-chain records immediately.
